Processing your order
Orders may take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. All orders are processed Monday–Friday. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping information
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24 Tracked. According to Royal Mail, deliveries are estimated to take 24 hours from the date of shipment, but this is not guaranteed.

Giclée Prints
Please note all giclée prints are printed on demand, fulfilled and shipped separately.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally but we do not ship to the EU.

Deliveries can take up to 20 working days from the date of shipment. Please note that orders are currently taking longer to arrive.

VAT + Custom duties:
International orders may be subject to additional custom and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes that may apply. Taxes are not includes in the costs of shipping. Concrete Nature has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility over additional overseas costs and delays due to customs.

Orders can be collected for free from our studio at The Briggait in Glasgow (UK). Please note giclée prints orders are printed on demand, i.e. when your order is placed.

Fulfilment:
All giclée prints orders are printed, fulfilled and shipped separately. Please note that your giclée print(s) willl be shipped separately. For example if you order 1 x giclée print + 1 risograph print to be delivered to a UK address; both prints will be shipped in separate parcels, both parcels will be delivered separately.

If you made an error when placing your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed through the online store it can be difficult to amend delivery details, change or cancel an order.
